| i have been playing qw for a day or 2 now but it seems to run unusually slow and i cant figure out why, i have tried fuxing with the video quality and even at the lowest its like im running at half speed compared to everyone else. any ideas? i know its not my connection either... |

by default the game is capped at 30 fps. undo that by hitting cont + alt + tilda. enter:
com_unlockFPS 1
com_unlock_timingMethod 1
com_unlock_MaxFPS 60
you can enter 90 if your rig will do it, or any multiple of 30.
timing method 1 + 90 fps is cool, but i think the game runs a little more smoothly with timing method 2 and 60 fps. but, play around see what fits. |
